Family unity ceremonies are a lovely way of bringing families together to celebrate new relationships. They help members of the family to unite as a blended family and create new bonds between step-parents and step-children, allowing everyone to be involved.
Your unity ceremony can include religious elements, music, poems, symbolic elements such as the planting of a tree, a sand unity ceremony and many more options which I’d be happy to discuss with you.
I will work with you to create a ceremony that is meaningful, created to reflect the unique personalities and individuality of your new family. This can include all of the vows and promises you may wish to make to each other in creating a unity of mutual love and respect.

When planning a family unity ceremony, I'll be there to guide you through from beginning to end...
Our meeting
I will meet with you and your family so we can get to know each other, discuss lots of ideas and start creating the perfect ceremony. This can be at your home or at your chosen venue. I will share lots of ideas and listen carefully to your thoughts and wishes.
The writing
I will create a draft of your ceremony and give you the opportunity to make any changes or additions you wish. Together we will work on it until it's perfect for you.
The big day
On the day I will lead the ceremony just the way we planned. You will receive a ceremony certificate and a copy of your unique script as a keepsake of your special day.
